Commissioners approve tradespersons RFQ contracts and consent agenda items; one abstention recorded

Roll calls produced the following tallies:
- A1 (multiple towns including Barnstable): passed 3–0 (Commissioners Bergstrom, Forrest and Lyons voted aye). - A2 (Wellfleet): passed with 2 ayes, 1 abstention (Commissioner Bergstrom aye; Commissioner Forrest aye; Commissioner Lyons abstained). - A3 (Yarmouth): passed 3–0 (Commissioners Bergstrom, Lyons and Forrest voted aye).
Commissioners then approved the remaining consent agenda items (8b–8p) by roll call (Bergstrom aye; Forrest aye; Lyons aye). The consent package included routine administrative approvals and appointments listed on the April 9 agenda.
