Bryan County approves Black Creek Farms lot amendment, Willow Road abandonment, beer-and-wine license and $2.23 million intersection project

Bryan County commissioners on April 8 approved a set of land-use and infrastructure items including a final-plat amendment for Black Creek Farms West Lot 5, the abandonment of a portion of Willow Road to accommodate a logistics park, an on-premises beer-and-wine alcohol license for Black Creek Golf LLC and a $2,227,600 task order for a new traffic signal at Harris Trail and Timber Trail.

Community Development staff recommended approval of the Black Creek Farms West amendment with one condition: the property owner must file an application with the county public health department for final review and approval of the individual septic system and obtain public health approval prior to recording the final plat.
