The project is now largely enclosed and interior work is underway, the chief said; Flintco is the general contractor and the construction team reported the building “dried in,” which staff said keeps interior work on schedule. Staff estimated substantial completion in May, staff walk-throughs and phased move-in in June and final completion and turnover in July, barring unforeseen issues.
