Commission approves Sunset Gardens amending plat with two conditions

Representatives for the applicant identified themselves as with Meriana Development.
Commissioners moved and seconded approval with the two staff-recommended conditions; the motion carried unanimously. Staff recorded the items as conditions to be satisfied prior to final plat recordation.
