Staff told commissioners the item had been tabled at the previous public hearing after a member of the public raised concerns. Staff said the applicant and other involved parties have not yet resolved those issues and asked for additional time to work toward a solution.
The postponement was framed as open-ended within a 90-day window: the commission will return the item to a subsequent meeting if staff or the applicant have updates. No new hearing date was set. Commissioners approved the motion unanimously; one commissioner, Mary Anne Atkinson, was absent for the vote.
