The Richmond Town Council approved a number of routine licensing items during its consent agenda, including:
- Victualing license for Lickety Splits (ZSWG LLC) subject to Rhode Island Department of Health food service permit. - Renewals for refuse collection and hauling licenses (several providers) with expiration dates of 03/01/2026, subject to Public Works approval of recycling plans.
Councilors approved the consent items in a single motion after staff confirmed conditions (health permits, recycling plan sign-off) would be satisfied. Roll-call votes recorded unanimous approval for the items presented on the consent agenda.
