The board voted to table the policy for the standard review period; the motion was made by board member Mr. Hyatt and seconded by Mr. White and carried without opposition.
The board also approved the 2025–26 Board of Education meeting calendar, which follows the same format used during the 2024–25 school year. The superintendent recommended approval; the motion was made by Mr. White, seconded by Ms. O'Neil, and carried unanimously.

The guide includes state academic updates, district initiatives, graduation requirements and course offerings; staff recommended posting the guide for community access and using it for academic planning. The board approved the program guide on a motion by Mr. White, seconded by Ms. O'Neil.
No changes to calendar dates or program specifics were made at the meeting; staff said program-of-studies updates typically return in January if state changes require revisions.
