Construction site work begins for new Camden County High School; bids due late February

Reese said the district still needs to issue remaining requests for proposals, including a commissioning contract. He told the board he hopes to bring a commissioning contract for board approval at the next meeting if proposals arrive on schedule.
No formal motions or funding approvals for construction contracts were taken at the meeting; staff characterized the update as informational and asked whether board members had questions.
Board members did not request additional materials at the meeting; staff indicated they will return with contract documents when procurement steps are complete.
