A motion to approve the reapproval passed after a voice vote.
The commission did not impose additional conditions beyond those already required by staff and noted that any future clubhouse details would return to staff as they are developed.
The reapproval only addressed the CSM and site adjustments described in the staff packet; no new development permits or building approvals were granted by the commission in this action.
