DRC conditionally approves Morgan 3‑lot final plat

The committee’s approval requires the applicant to address red‑line staff comments and to complete one of two actions on the north property line before the plat is recorded: either complete a boundary‑line adjustment or remove an existing shed. The committee noted the existing house would remain on Lot 1 and that Lots 2 and 3 would be vacant lots.
"Just 2 quick minor things. 1, we just need a signature block for Comcast," said Bridal, a DRC member. Bridal added a second concern: the north property line issue must be worked out or the shed removed before recording.
Randy, a DRC member, raised a question about whether address information appeared on the plat and confirmed the group had previously added it to the redline package. Engineering staff said there were no outstanding engineering comments.
A committee member moved to conditionally approve the Morgan subdivision final plat with the conditions that the red lines be addressed and that either the boundary line adjustments be completed on the north property line or the shed be removed prior to recording. The motion received a second from Randy. The committee then voted by voice; the chair announced the motion passed.
At the same meeting the DRC also voted to approve the committee minutes from March 25 (motion seconded by Ryan) and then adjourned.
The committee directed staff to forward the redline comments and the approved conditional plat back to the applicant so recording and subsequent construction steps may proceed once conditions are met.
