CDM also noted ongoing support "through its digital team," including maintenance of the CRB webpage, posting meetings to the official county calendar and posting meeting materials on the county site to ensure public notice and compliance with state law. The memo encourages board members to share links and said the memo was copied to Liana Lopez (communications administrator), Mary Helen Farris (deputy county attorney) and Brandon Wagner (chief government relations and strategic services administrator).
Board members discussed webpage navigation: some said it was easy to find the CRB page by Google or county links; others asked for a clearer, "one-stop" access point to agendas and minutes for public convenience. Staff said Beth Cardenas is the local contact and that the packet materials and calendar links were already posted but might require clicking through secondary links to reach the meeting minutes and video.
