The motion to submit the grant application was moved by Mister Robinson and seconded by Mister Watson; commissioners voted in favor by voice. A commissioner praised the proposed outreach membership and plan as “very comprehensive.” Staff noted recent mailings of 1,500–1,600 notifications and said additional funding would support a larger outreach effort this year.
