Nut Graf: The meeting’s major roll-call votes covered routine procurement and maintenance work for public safety and infrastructure. Staff emphasized procurement specifics (vendors, single-bid situations) during consideration; council adopted the measures and then moved to an executive session on pending legal matters.
Ending: After the sequence of adoptions, council moved into executive session for pending litigation; no further council votes were recorded in public session that evening.
