Staff reported that Lonesome Pine Road was added to the plan as priority 12 and that Findlay Gap Road could not be included this year because full funding would be required to add it. The presentation noted one undesignated amount of roughly $169,000 in FY2031 and described small “transportation services” funds the county uses for minor secondary‑road improvements and signage.
No members of the public spoke at the hearing. Staff said final state allocations were not yet available and recommended postponing any formal resolution until the board receives confirmed numbers. The board closed the hearing and agreed to consider formal action at its next meeting when final allocation figures are available.
