A staff member described the request as a “recommended … sewer adjustment in the amount of $2,856.07 for Flora Taylor,” and the board moved, seconded and approved the request with no opposition recorded.
The approval was procedural: the board did not adopt an ordinance or change billing policy; it authorized the single adjustment as presented in the meeting packet.
Taylor thanked the board; no further conditions or follow-up tasks were announced.
