Rory described the council as an interjurisdictional forum led by the United Way and the FM Coalition to End Homelessness to align policy, data and services across the metro area.
A commissioner moved to adopt the proclamation on Clay County—ehalf and another commissioner seconded; the motion carried on a unanimous voice vote. Board members noted the short notice for the request and thanked Rory and other organizers for bringing the issue forward.
