- Transportation consent and grants: • Resolution 2025 TR 13 — Authorize Anoka County to enter contract with MnDOT for the Local Bridge Replacement Program; MnDOT awarded $3,400,000 for pedestrian trail improvements along 40th Avenue Bridge over the BNSF Railway in Fridley. Construction expected to begin April 14, 2025 and complete in spring 2026. • Contract C00115–6 — Award to North Valley Incorporated for the 2025 countywide overlay program — $7,672,796.07. The bid came approximately $1,200,000 below the engineer’s estimate. Motion by Commissioner Jepsen, second by Commissioner Heinrich; roll call vote unanimous among present commissioners.

- Advertisement for bids: The board authorized the county engineer to advertise for bids for reconditioning 109th Avenue between Lexington and just west of Sunset Avenue, a project separated from the overlay program because of grading and shoulder additions. Motion moved by Commissioner Jepsen and seconded by Commissioner Meisner; voice vote approved.

- Employment appointment: The board approved an employment agreement appointing Randy Prebill as assistant director for the Public Health and Environmental Services Department effective April 8, 2025. Motion moved by Commissioner Schulte, second by Commissioner Jepsen; roll call vote unanimous among present commissioners.

- Watershed board reappointments: The board reappointed Mary Campbell and Jason Lund to the Rice Creek Watershed District Board of Managers for three-year terms ending May 27, 2028. Motion moved by Commissioner Brasstead, seconded by Commissioner Schulte; voice vote passed unanimously.
