Staff and commissioners discussed surrounding uses; staff noted existing event centers nearby and concluded parking appeared adequate for the proposed use. The commission moved, seconded and approved the recommendation; the motion carried.
As with other approvals of specific‑use permits, the project remains subject to building and fire permitting and to the sound‑mitigation conditions recommended by staff.
