Eureka Schools Foundation previews golf tournament, run and donor-tracking improvements

Foundation presenters said they are implementing a new customer-relationship-management (CRM) system to manage RSVPs, donor records and sponsorships and that the first use of the system will be for a welcome event for new families on Wednesday, Aug. 6. The foundation also said it has about 5 new committee members and is seeking volunteers for events; it noted plans for an annual giving campaign and a spotlight on athletics to be circulated after spring break.
Board members thanked foundation staff and asked clarifying calendar questions; one trustee noted the auction weekend aligns with a minimum day and the foundation confirmed plans to work with school calendars.
