The most significant item was authorization for the mayor and public works director to sign a Phase 2 early works procurement price amendment and construction manager/general contractor contract with EIMCO Construction for the wastewater treatment plant Group G headworks replacement project for $15,355,404.17; the contract was presented as budgeted in the FY 2025 budget.
