Josh Mahoney, attorney for the applicant, said the project originally proposed townhomes and was withdrawn after community pushback. “Our latest plan actually is not showing 37 homes, but 33 homes,” Mahoney said, and he described lots averaging about 5,500 square feet and a 100-foot buffer at the city limit.
