The site is fully responsive, uses accessibility auditing and updates content with plain‑language guidance, Weiss said. The town’s information technology team will follow with workflow and online payment upgrades over the next two to three months.
Board response and next steps: Commissioners praised the navigation changes and the emphasis on surfacing commonly visited pages. Staff said the IT department will roll out form and payment portal upgrades in April–June and will monitor usage for future refinements. The communications director credited staff contributions across departments and noted Parks & Recreation and utility billing as among the highest‑traffic sections on the new site.
