Patel said he would take care of the manager paperwork.
A motion to approve the off-premise beer permit was made, seconded and approved by voice vote. Board members recorded “aye” and no opposition. Staff said the permit could be picked up at town hall the following Wednesday.
The board did not record additional permit conditions on the record; staff highlighted the missing manager application during the hearing and the applicant committed to providing that documentation.
