Nicollet County board to notify state it will seek single‑county SHIP; approves Women’s History Month proclamation and routine items

On March 25, 2025, the Nicollet County Board of Commissioners voted to notify the Minnesota Department of Health that Nicollet County intends to apply for the five‑year Statewide Health Improvement Partnership (SHIP) grant as a single‑county program, following the dissolution of the Brown Nicollet Community Health Board. Commissioners also approved a proclamation recognizing March as Women’s History Month and completed routine agenda items including approval of per diems and consent minutes.
