The St. George Redevelopment Agency board approved a resolution to amend the FY24–25 budget to reimburse completed infrastructure improvements tied to a previous land purchase near the Dixie Center.
City staff member Robert Meyer told the board the improvements — which included excavation, utility-line installation, water and storm drain work, curb and gutter, sidewalks, paving and associated construction costs such as traffic control, erosion control and design — were completed under a reimbursement agreement tied to the original land purchase. Staff requested $175,985 to make the reimbursement from the Dixie Center EDA fund.
No members of the public spoke at the RDA public hearing for the item. The board approved Resolution RDA‑2025‑001R in a roll-call vote: Natalie Larson, Jimmy Hughes, Danielle Larkin and Steve Kemp each voted aye; the motion carried unanimously.
