The commission voted to continue the application to the March meeting and asked staff to notify the applicants that the commission sought an in-person explanation and clarity on the map and existing conditions before taking action. Members noted the Coastal Resources Management Council (CRMC) is involved in coastal-zone matters and that any wetland delineations and CRMC approvals would be relevant to the commission’s review.
Chair Tara McGregor moved to continue the item to the March meeting; the motion was seconded and approved by the commission.
