Energy Safety adopts executive compensation guidelines, requires use of Excel template

Susie Rose, program manager for the Electrical Undergrounding and Culture Division at the Office of Energy Infrastructure Safety (Energy Safety), opened a public meeting on April 2, 2025, to consider adoption of the agency's Executive Compensation Structure Guidelines version 1. "The final executive compensation structure guidelines version 1 are hereby adopted," Rose said near the close of the meeting.
The guidelines formalize requirements for electrical corporations seeking Energy Safety approval of executive compensation structures as part of safety certification.
