The project was described in the notice as a mixed proposal of residential and commercial uses and was flagged to Brentwood because of potential water impacts. Board members noted the plan describes 64 residential units and commercial space; they also cited wetlands near the site and concerns about groundwater and proximity to a closed landfill. There was consensus that Brentwood staff should monitor the project and provide comment later if more substantive, legally permissible plans circulate to the town for review.
