Northampton County Council unanimously approved the minutes of its March 20 meeting and later voted to adjourn the April 3 session.
At the April 3 meeting councilors introduced an ordinance to convey a right-of-way easement to Allen Township and scheduled a public hearing and possible vote for April 17; no final votes were held on that ordinance. Several items reported during committee and liaison reports were informational and did not require immediate council action.
Recorded motions at the meeting included a request to approve the March 20 minutes (motion and second on the record) and a motion to adjourn; verbal “Aye” responses were recorded for the minutes approval and adjournment, and no opposed votes were voiced on the record. The meeting minutes and formal roll-call records will contain the official tally.
