- Approval of a request from the New York Portuguese American Leadership Council to conduct the Portugal Day Parade on Sunday, June 8, 2025, starting at 11 a.m. along the established route (motion moved by Deputy Mayor Sartore; second by Trustee Soloski). Officials noted the parade coincides with the Mineola Portuguese Center carnival weekend.
- Approval of a request from the Mineola Union Free School District to use Wilson Park for its marching-band home show on Saturday, Oct. 18, 2025, 2 p.m.–10 p.m. (motion moved by Trustee Casado; second by Deputy Mayor Sartore).
- Approval of Change Order No. 5 to the installation contract for the Oxen PFO and P5 Street Mint (to repair clear well surfaces and stop water penetration) with contractor Philip Ross Industries for $100,800; the board said the change order does not alter the overall contract value (motion moved by Trustee Casado; second by Trustee Salasco).
- Authorization for engineering services to review and evaluate water and sewer capacity for a project at 97 Main Street, with D&B Engineers and Architects and DPC; funding to come from the developer’s fund or waterfront reserve balance (motion moved by Trustee Casado; second by Trustee Soloski).
- Authorization for design and survey services for the 2025 road improvement program with D&B Engineers and DPC at a cost of $75,000; funding from the 2025–26 general fund budget or unreserved fund balance (motion moved by Deputy Mayor Sartore; second by Trustee Soloski).
- Authorization to hire Jack Grafting as a laborer in the Department of Public Works highway division at a starting rate of $18 per hour (motion moved by Deputy Mayor Sartore; second by Trustee Casado).
