Council Announces Closed-Session Vote: Denies Claim Related to 22 Eucalyptus; Two Members Recused

City Attorney Shen told the council that Council members Peter Mark and Sally Wilkinson recused themselves from agenda item 5b because of the proximity of their residences to the property. "I also do want to report that the remainder of the council did unanimously vote to deny the claim submitted with respect to that same property at 22 Eucalyptus," Shen said.
