Committee chair Charlie Harrington told council the committee had consolidated seven 2024 priorities into two focused items for 2025: an Artist View platform and ongoing lane work. The committee asked council to support staff pursuing a Proposition 68 per-capita grant (the committee said the city’s per-capita allocation is approximately $177,952) and to account for a city match (the committee suggested a 20% match) in the upcoming 2025–26 budget cycle. The committee also requested designation of the project as a capital infrastructure item so it can meet the grant timeline.
