Committee members recorded that the amendment was adopted by a vote of 15–0 with three absent; the committee later reported the bill favorably as amended by a vote of 14–0 with four absent. Committee discussion confirmed that existing e-learning provisions in current law remain in place and are unaffected by the amendment.
