Public commenter asks board to post approved meeting minutes online

Kevin Underwood addressed the board by phone and said he could find a transcript of the prior meeting but not the approved minutes. Board staff responded that approved minutes would be posted within roughly four business days and that they would submit the minutes for posting that day.
Staff reminded the public that verbal comments are limited to three minutes and that written comments must be submitted at least two business days before a meeting. The board did not take additional action on the request; staff said it would post the minutes and make meeting materials available to the public.
