The council consolidated and approved many other routine legal and administrative items by voice vote. Several items were withdrawn or held as noted in the meeting minutes.
Ending: Council members repeatedly thanked staff for following up on long-standing neighborhood concerns and for coordinating interdepartmental work on code enforcement and housing projects.
