Scott Erwin of the Community Development Department told the council the resolution authorizing a lien assessment at 2609 Skyline Drive is for $5,815.19. Homeowners Eunice Innes and James Bayless, who identified themselves as occupants of 2609 Skyline Drive, said they are selling the house to pay the amount. Innes said, “We're in the process of selling the house as we speak to be able to pay that amount.”
