Votes at a glance: work-session procedural votes and personnel docket approval

- Motion to go into closed executive session: Miss Moorebuffalo moved to convene a closed executive session under the Virginia Freedom of Information Act for discussion of personnel matters and candidate interviews; Dr. Martin seconded. A roll-call vote was recorded with all members present voting Aye.
- Certification of closed meeting: After the executive session the board adopted a certification resolution that the closed meeting discussed only matters lawfully exempted from open-meeting requirements. Members recorded their certification by roll call.
- Personnel docket approval: Miss Moorebuffalo moved to approve the personnel report as presented; Mr. Inge seconded. Roll-call votes recorded Bassin Aye, Buffalo Aye, Inge Aye, Martin Aye, Olsen Aye, Thomas Aye, DeCaligero Aye; motion carried and the personnel docket was approved.
These procedural votes and the personnel approvals are reflected in the board's official minutes and will be included in the business meeting packet as required.
