Contracting and budget items will proceed to execution per staff recommendations; the Fire Station 1 repair contract will be managed with a planned use of insurance proceeds and pending disaster reimbursements, and the MLK Rec Center MOU is reimbursement‑based so funds will be used as vendors/invoices are submitted.
