Parowan planning commission sends neutral recommendation on Legacy B Estates mobile-home proposal

Parowan Planning and Zoning Commission on [date not specified] voted to send a neutral recommendation to the City Council on Legacy B Estates, a proposed manufactured-home subdivision that the applicant described as an affordable community of manufactured homes with on-site parking and storage.
