Director Sarah said consultant recommendations include monitoring additional wells that might need rehabilitation in future phases. At the workshop staff presented the project completion and asked council to accept the work and authorize release of contract retainage; the transcript records the presentation but does not record a roll‑call vote on acceptance during the workshop.
