Commission agrees to let absent member run Facebook survey on TerraCycle recycling options

The commission agreed there was no need for a formal vote and that Caris could proceed with the Facebook survey and follow up with educational outreach if interest warranted.
Members also noted the town transfer station already accepts many items and suggested the survey should identify gaps between what the transfer station accepts and what residents want to recycle. The survey and any follow-up education would be coordinated by the commission member who proposed the idea; no budget authorization or formal contract with TerraCycle was approved at the meeting.
