The presentation, by Dr. Mickey Webb, executive director of the La Porte County Drug Free Partnership, described a two‑year residential program operated to state standards and overseen by the Indiana Department of Mental Health and Addiction. Webb said the partnership is a 501(c)(3) with more than 35 years of local work and will pursue “Recovery Works funding,” which reimburses part of the resident stay at about $30 per day for eligible clients.
