Planning commission continues Creek Ridge items without date
Summary

Herriman City Planning Commission opened public hearings April 2 for several Creek Ridge items (agenda items 4.7, 4.8 and 4.9) and then voted to continue those public hearings and the associated items without date.
Outcome: Motions were made and seconded to continue the public hearings for each item and to continue the items without a set future hearing date. Roll‑call votes in each case were unanimous in favor of continuance.
Why the continuance: Staff indicated additional information from the landowner (Land Reserve) and other project components was pending; commissioners and staff agreed to continue the items until the missing information is available. Members of the public were afforded an opportunity to speak; the commission recorded no substantive public testimony for these three items at tonight’s meeting.
Next steps: Staff will notify interested parties of the new hearing date once the outstanding materials are assembled; the items will return to the commission for further consideration.
