The product includes loose stone that the town will reclaim and reuse for winter dirt‑road traction.
The contract price covered a single mobilization; staff said two mobilizations are likely because target roads are in two clusters, and additional mobilization costs were not included in the dollar figure. The board approved the waiver and asked staff to seek favorable mobilization terms with the vendor.
