Resolution PC0182025 approved a conditional-use grant and amended site plan for Works Autosports at West 184 South 8365 Challenger Drive. Adam said the site had previously housed auto repair uses under an earlier interpretation of the zoning code; the owners voluntarily sought formal conditional-use approval and requested the ability to offer limited car sales. Staff recommended approval with the conditions listed in the resolution; the commission approved the amendment without comment.
Both approvals were recorded and passed on the floor; no members of the public spoke against the requests.
