Committee approves proposed substitute to House Bill 1468 and reports it out with due‑pass recommendation

In executive session the Appropriations Committee voted to report out the proposed substitute to House Bill 1468 (H‑2014.1) with a due‑pass recommendation.

Representative Gregersen moved to adopt the proposed substitute and Representative Macri spoke in support. Representative Corey spoke in favor. An oral roll‑call vote produced 30 ayes and 1 excused; the clerk announced 30 ayes. By the committee vote, the proposed substitute to House Bill 1468 was reported from committee with a due‑pass recommendation and will move to Rules.
