The Casper City Council on April 1 approved a consent agenda containing grant and contract amendments, multiple State Revolving Fund (SRF) loan agreement amendments, equipment and procurement purchases and multiple professional services agreements. The motion to adopt the consent agenda was moved by Councilor Bonds and seconded by Councilor Jensen; the council chair recorded the outcome after roll call.
The consent package included an amendment to a grant award agreement with the Wyoming Office of Homeland Security; the acceptance of a sanitary sewer easement from GHIG LLC tied to North Platte Park improvements; a master service agreement with Pictometry International Corp. (d/b/a EagleView) for 2025 high-resolution aerial imagery; and professional-services contracts for design and construction administration of the North Platte River pedestrian bridge and for improvements at the North Casper Athletics and Recreation Complex.
Councilors also approved a construction agreement with Ramshorn Construction Inc. for Wolf Creek Road improvements (West 30 Eighth Street to CY Avenue, Phase 2) and multiple SRF loan-amendment items affecting water and wastewater projects, including stated loan numbers listed in the agenda (CWSRF 027; DWSRF 36, 46, 51, 55, 62, 89; CWSRF 148; CWSRF 127; CWSRF 77).
