The updated MOU establishes a clearer division of responsibilities between the city and the society, sets a 15-year initial term with up to three five-year renewals, and reaffirms that the city will continue to provide a rent-free museum space at the Bridal House adjacent to the Senior Center. Parks Director Julie Paris Candola told the council the city will continue an annual operating subsidy—about $109,200 in the 2025 budget—growing roughly 2% per year and that the MOU does not create new financial obligations for the city.
