Lake Point developers outline off-site sewer extension plan; construction expected this summer

Brookfield Properties and its engineering and construction contractors on March 25 presented plans for an off-site sanitary sewer extension related to the Lake Point development and told Covington City Council the work is scheduled to occur this summer.
Scott Jones of Brookfield Properties introduced the project team and milestones, and said the firm would provide a fuller update to council soon. “My name is Scott Jones. I'm with Brookfield Properties. I'm also representing Brook Gal…Brookfield serves as the development manager,” he said.
