Testa said the county's subdivision regulations review and a development agreement tied to the program year 2024 Community Development Block Grant are moving forward in parallel. The Home Builders Association and a developer (Jeremy from Pulte) have offered a larger venue for a public hearing; planning staff said they will coordinate to schedule multiple public hearings after May 1, spaced roughly two weeks apart, with at least one evening meeting to accommodate working residents and trustees.
